The 2,500 sq ft venue pairs clean, industrial architecture with luxury finishes, transforming effortlessly from blank canvas to lifestyle set. Every detail is considered to give your production or event both beauty and ease.

With natural light, 11 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan, the studio offers room for creativity to unfold. An in-house equipment room and flex-use spaces make it as functional as it is refined,  ideal for photo shoots, video production, and intimate events.

Wide open studio with the ability for set builds, seamless backdrops, and so much more. This creative space is a blank canvas for content production, corporate events, and private gatherings.
